I had another error the "log c /windows/system32/logfiles/srt/srttrail.txt" and that deleated everyting I had, INCLUDING the Original windows it came with, I could not do anything No Windows Factory reset NO Msi Factory reset.
BEFORE YOU SAY "YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF WITH THE BURN RECOVERY TOOL" I can't an error keeps appearing saying "Your Computer's disk partitions are NOT factory default configuration" AND BEFORE YOU SAY "YOU CAN RESTORE TO FACTORY SETTING WITH THE MSI FACTORY RESTORE" my laptop dosen't have that any more. I need it because I wnat to format my computer back to it's factory state. Can someone give me a link or pass me a recovery image to factory reset my GE72 6QF Apache Pro.
